How speaker slots work
- Submit one proposal per session idea and tell us the audience, learning goal, and practical takeaway.
- Proposed format: 20-minute presentation and 10-minute moderated Q&A; workshops and panels may use longer blocks.
- Each accepted speaker will receive a confirmed day, slot time, format, accessibility needs, and recording terms in writing.
- Open community lightning talks and solution demos can be added if the final schedule and production allow.
- Selection considers relevance, evidence, safety, age-appropriateness, balance across tracks, and available stage time.
No speaker or guest is announced until they confirm in writing. A ticket or sponsorship does not purchase a stage slot or editorial control.
Public leaders and industry guests
Organizers plan to invite heads of state and government, public agency leaders, law enforcement, election administrators, military representatives, employers, educators, faith leaders, and industry partners. Invitations and attendance are not confirmations or endorsements. Participation will be subject to each organization’s approval, ethics requirements, and schedule.
Sessions can help leaders evaluate veteran-owned services and discuss practical next steps, including procurement pathways and lawful incentive programs. Adoption, contracts, funding, incentives, or immediate implementation are not guaranteed.
Submit a proposal
Send your preferred track, proposed title, 150-word summary, audience, format, bio, organization, and any accessibility or recording needs. Please identify commercial interests or products that should be disclosed.
