Sponsorship · Underwriting · Activations

Put a serious person in front of a room of kids.

Sponsorship here does one specific thing: it pays the faculty honoraria and underwrites the sponsored seats. That is the trade. You fund the people on stage and the families in the room, and you get the credit for it in a room you actually want to be in.

What your money actually buys

We are specific about this because most sponsorship decks are not. Here is the allocation priority, in order.

1 · Faculty

Honoraria and travel. A $10,000 faculty seat is what lets us ask a career practitioner for a full day instead of a favor.

2 · Sponsored seats

Every Family and Student pass is underwritten. Cost never keeps a kid out — sponsorship is the reason that sentence is true.

3 · Juniors Room

Screened mentors, background checks, two-adult rule, and take-home device packages for kids who need them.

4 · Sanctioned range

Isolated, authorized lab infrastructure. Nothing we teach ever touches a network we don't own.

What sponsorship does not buy. Not a speaking slot on the main stage. Not editorial control over the Civics or Ethics labs. Not attendee contact data — we don't sell or share the list, and there is no badge-scan lead file. Not a partisan platform. If those are what you're shopping for, we're the wrong event, and we'd rather tell you now.

Higher tiers are capped so they stay meaningful. All tiers include logo placement, program listing, and an on-site presence appropriate to the level.

Reach

Year-one planning targets for a first-time event.

These are targets, not results. This convention has not been held before. The figures below are the capacity we are building toward and the numbers we will hold ourselves to — they are not audited attendance, not guarantees, and not projections we are asking you to rely on. We will report actuals to every sponsor afterward, including the ones we miss.

~1,000

Total attendance target across all three bands.

~500

Sponsored family, student, and educator seats — the whole point.

~200

Juniors Room participants across the day, fully supervised.

Year-round

Recordings, curriculum, and the annual report keep circulating after the day ends.

Let's talk about the right tier

Tell us what you want out of it and what you can fund. If a tier isn't the right shape for you, we'll build the activation that is — or tell you honestly that we're not a fit.

"Cyber, Tech & Civics Convention" is a working title — event name, marks, and all copy clear McAuliffe (IP/TM) and Olson (commercial) before public launch. All tiers, prices, caps, benefits, attendance targets, dates, and venue are planning placeholders and are not offers for sale. Tax treatment of any sponsorship depends on the contracting entity and is not tax advice.
