Speaker slots

Bring a useful idea. Take your turn on stage.

Open proposals will be organized into timed talks, moderated panels, demonstrations, workshops, and veteran-owned solution showcases. Each slot will have a stated length, audience, moderator, and submission criteria. Proposed default: 20-minute presentation plus 10-minute Q&A, adjusted by track.

Anyone may submit a proposal for review. Acceptance and timing depend on fit, capacity, safety review, and the final program. A paid pass or sponsorship does not guarantee a speaking slot.

Recognition & outcomes

Make “win” mean something tangible.

Explore audience-choice and panel-reviewed recognition for practical, ethical solutions, with published eligibility and judging criteria. Possible outcomes include introductions, pilot conversations, mentorship, and partner follow-up.

Award, contract, incentive, funding, official endorsement, or immediate adoption is never guaranteed. Public-sector and military leaders would be invited to listen, assess, and discuss next steps, subject to their participation and applicable rules.

Solutions · Support · Marketplace

Bring the problem and your answer.

Churches, schools, law-enforcement teams, families, veteran-owned businesses, technology companies, educators, and community groups can propose a timed presentation, workshop, or demo. The summit is designed for candid, practical discussion. Public sessions will avoid details that could expose a person, active investigation, facility weakness, or operational method; sensitive material belongs only in an authorized, properly controlled setting.

PITCH

Show what your community built

Share a safety practice, civic tool, education program, technology, family solution, or veteran-owned service. Disclose evidence, limits, funding interests, and what help you need.

SUPPORT

Back causes and people

Visitors can learn, volunteer, share a campaign, request a connection, or support a participating cause. If a nonprofit donation route is offered, it will go directly to a verified nonprofit partner with its recipient and terms shown.

BUY

Shop participating technology

Companies may display products and services. Purchases will be made with each seller under its stated terms; the summit will disclose any event fees or referral relationship before transactions.

Community access: Community tickets may include sponsor-backed seats and optional giving through a confirmed nonprofit partner. Donations, event tickets, and company product sales are separate transactions. No tax-deductibility claim will be made unless the recipient confirms it.

Public-service guests

Complimentary invitation pass

Heads of state and government, attorneys general, agency leaders, law enforcement, election administrators, and military representatives will receive complimentary, invitation-only public-service passes. These passes carry no speaking requirement, sponsor benefit, or implied endorsement. Attendance remains subject to the invitee’s ethics, travel, and agency rules.

Film & documentary

Proposed Boone tribute premiere

We are reserving a possible screening and conversation for the PsyOp’er adaptation and a Boone-honoring documentary. The adaptation site currently identifies its cuts as development material. A public premiere depends on the final cut, archive and music rights, estate and likeness approvals, authentic voice clearances, and film-team consent.
